An amazingly supportive husband. Who quietly listens to anything and everything I have to say, even when I ramble. Who goes out of his way to support my ideas and hobbies. The counterbalance to my temperament and loyally dependable, he’s the love of my life and best friend.
Our wonderful children. Who keep me on my toes and continually push me to become better versions of myself. Who patiently sit in the backseat while I turn the van around to snap yet another picture. Unknowingly, they provide inspiration by keeping the simple and beautiful truths of real life in plain sight.

AND ONE YEAR!! I can’t honestly claim I was 100% certain my blog and I would see an official 1 yr anniversary. But here we are! And we intend to stick around! Keeping it real and from the heart. Uncovering the charms in the hodge podge of ordinary life.

P.S. I’m not sure what content creators actually do when they hit a milestone. However, in small-scale celebration, The Charming Ordinary received a photo facelift on the homepage.
