New beginnings the morning beams enshroud;
Through open window they softly peek,
Filled with birdsong, playing with wispy cloud.
Tender and sweet doth new life emerge and grow!
Seeds sending forth silent root and stem,
Chicks hiding under wing, ducklings swimming in a row.
Dawn to dusk, famers tend livestock and the land;
Markets and nurseries bustle and buzz
Whilst iced coffee and blooms are held in happy hand.
Bare toes basking in the sun, linens drying in the breeze.
Rosey cheeks upon pillows slumber;
Oh Tomorrow, we’ll enjoy more Springtime, please!
